HOMEMADE OAT BARS

Homemade oat bars made with only 4 natural ingredients. These oat bars are healthy and great for breakfast on the run, or for a healthy snack – my toddler loves these, and so does the hubby! These are super quick and easy to make, and they will keep fresh for a good few days.

INGREDIENTS:

1 and a half bananas
2 tsp honey
handful of raisins
1 and a half cups of oats

PREP TIME: 5 min, COOKING TIME: 30 min, SERVINGS: 6 bars or 12 mini bites

HOW TO MAKE:

-Blitz your bananas and honey together in a bowl to form a smooth mixture-Fold in the raisins and oats and mix well

-Line an oven proof dish with baking paper and spoon in your mixture

-With the back of the spoon level out your mixture

-Place in a preheated oven on 180d egrees for 30min

-When itโ€™s ready and golden brown on top, take it out and let it cool down slightly before cutting into desired size
