CHOCOLATE BANANA BREAD

INGREDIENTS

50g Self-raising flour (8 syns)
1 tsp of baking powder (0.5 syns)
4 eggs (free)
2 tbsp sweetener (free)
1tbsp of freedom choc shot (2 syns)
2 bananas (8 syns based on 200g – if you count syns for cooked fruits)

PREP TIME: 7 mins, COOKING TIME: 40 mins, SERVINGS: 12

 

HOW TO MAKE
-Sift flour and baking powder together in a bowl
-Mash 2 bananas and add to the mixture along with the sweetener
-Add 2 eggs and mix well
-Stir in your freedom choc shot
-Separate the other 2 eggs and add yolks to mixture and stir
-Whisk the 2 egg whites until very stiff and gently fold into mixture
-Pour mixture into tin (I sprayed mine with fry light and lined with baking paper)
-Cook in preheated oven at 190degrees for around 40 minutes

SYNS: 1.5 syns per slice
