syn free healthy nachos

FULLY LOADED NACHOS

INGREDIENTS:

2 Weight watchers wrap
Chilli
60G Cheese
Jalapenos

PREP TIME: 5 mins, COOKING TIME: 5 mins, SERVINGS: 2

HOW TO MAKE:

-Get your Weight Watchers wraps and cut them into 8 segments (like you would a pizza)

-Place them flat on a roasting tray and put in a preheated oven for a few minutes until they are hard crisp round the edges

-Take out the oven and tip into a large bowl

-I used some left over chilli con carne from Saturday night (syn free) and poured it onto of the wrap nachos

-Sprinkle some grated cheese on top and place it back in the oven for couple of minutes until the cheese has melted

-Scatter jalapenos on top and enjoy your guilt free meal (You can also add 0% fat free yogurt as a sour cream substitute)
