EASY WRAP PIZZA

INGREDIENTS:

Weight Watchers wrap
25g cheddar cheese
1/2 small onion
1 slice of ham
4 mushrooms
1/2 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
handful of Spinach
(To make the base)
1 tbsp Tomato puree
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Dried Parsley
Splash of water

PREP TIME: 5 mins, COOKING TIME: 10 mins, SERVINGS: 1

HOW TO MAKE:

-To make the base, add tomato puree, parsley and garlic powder to a bowl and add a splash of water, mix well with a spoon (add more water if you don’t like the base to be too thick)

-Put the base to one side and in a hot frying pan with low calorie cooking spray, add chopped mushrooms, onion, chopped ham and spinach. saute until cooked and golden (approx. 7 min)

-Meanwhile, get your wrap and place it under a preheated grill for around 30sec-60secs (until slightly crispy) and immediately take out

-Spread your tomato base on top ofย  the wrap using the back of a spoon

-Sprinkle majority of your cheese on top leaving a small amount to one side

-Take your toppings from the pan and add on top of the cheese and then pour on the remaining cheese that you put to one side, along with some chilli flakes

-Place under the grill until cheese has melted and the wrap is crispy around the edges (approx. 1 minute)
