EASY WRAP PIZZA

INGREDIENTS:

Weight Watchers wrap
25g cheddar cheese
1 small shallot
1 slice of ham
4 mushrooms
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
handful of Spinach
(To make the base)
1 tbsp Tomato puree
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Dried Parsley
Splash of water

PREP TIME: 5 mins, COOKING TIME: 10 mins, SERVINGS: 1

HOW TO MAKE:

-To make the base, add tomato puree, parsley and garlic powder to a bowl and add a splash of water, mix well with a spoon (add more water if you don’t like the base to be thick)
-Put the base to one side and in a hot frying pan with low calorie cooking spray, add chopped mushrooms, shallot, ham and spinach. saute until cooked and golden (approx. 7 min)
-Meanwhile, get your wrap and place it under a preheated grill for around 30sec-60secs (until slightly crispy) and immediately take out
-Spread your base on top ofย  the wrap using the back of a spoon
-Sprinkle majority of your cheese on top leaving a small amount to one side
-Add your toppings on top of the cheese and then pour on the remaining cheese that you put to one side, along with some chilli flakes
-Place under the grill until cheese has melted and the wrap is crispy around the edges (approx. 2 minutes)
