Slimming World Tuna pesto pasta

PESTO TUNA PASTA

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup of Pasta
1 Red onion
1/2 Cucumber
2 Tomatoes
1 can of Tuna (in brine)
2tbsp green pesto (reduced fat)

PREP TIME: 5 min, COOKING TIME: 12 min, SERVINGS: 2

HOW TO MAKE:

-Cook pasta to your preference (I use pasta twists and cook for around 10-12min)
-Meanwhile, chop up red onion, cucumber, tomatoes and mix together in a serving bowl
-Drain and add tuna along with some green pesto
-Once your pasta is cooked, drain it and add to your salad and stir ingredients all together
