Healthy Slimming World Chicken Teriyaki

CHICKEN TERIYAKI

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 Cup soy sauce
2 tbsp cider vinegar
2 large Chicken breast
1 tbsp honey
1tsp ground ginger
1tsp garlic powder
2 tsp corn flour
1/2 tsp of sesame seeds (optional)
1 cup long grain rice
Half stem Broccoli

PREP TIME: 5 min,ย  COOKING TIME: 20 min, SERVINGS: 2

HOW TO MAKE:

-Mix soy sauce, cider vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic powder and corn flour in a mixing bowl and stir together with a spoon (if you heat the honey up in a microwave for a few seconds it will be much easier to mix in)

-Meanwhile, chop up the chicken breast into chunky pieces and fry in a pre-heated frying pan using low-calorie cooking spray or olive oil, cook for around 10 minute or until cooked through

-Pour the sauce into the pan and coat the chicken. mix well and cook until the sauce thickens

-Serve with steamed broccoli and long grain rice, and sprinkle chicken with sesame seeds
