PEANUT BUTTER OAT COOKIES

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup of oats
1 large banana
1 tbsp of peanut butter
30g raisins
2tbsp honey
PREP TIME: 2 min, COOKING TIME: 20 min,
SERVINGS: Makes 6-8 cookies

HOW TO MAKE:

-Mix all the ingredients together well in a large bowl
-With your hands make little round balls with the mixture (about the size of golf balls)
-Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, then flatten the balls to make a cookie shape making sure they are not touching each other (I flatten using the back of a spoon)
-Repeat until you’ve used all the mixture, it should make around 6 – 8 cookies depending on how big you make them.
-Place in a preheated oven on 180° and cook for around 20min until golden. Let them cool down then gobble them up!
