coleslaw recipe


Handful of red cabbage
Handful of white cabbage
2 Carrots
2 tbsp Light mayonnaise
1 tsp Mustard powder

PREP TIME: 6 min, SERVINGS: 6 – 8

It’s so much better making your own slaw than buying it in a shop. You get so much more for your money making it at home, and its much healthier, and in my opinion much tastier!


-Use a peeler to shred the red and white cabbage and the carrot (TIPS: For the best result use a shredded peeler)

-Add shredded veg to a large bowl and mayonnaise. Mix well to make sure everything is coated. Add more mayo if needed

-Add mustard powder and mix well

-Add a little salt and pepper to taste
