Healthy Arbonne protein pancakes

PROTEIN PANCAKES

I can’t believe I am 32 years old and I have only just been introduced to protein pancakes, where have I been hiding? These are absolutely delicious and such a great start to the day, I could easily eat these every morning for the rest of my life!

INGREDIENTS:

1 scoop of Arbonne Vanilla protein
1 Egg
1 Banana
Handful of blueberries
Small amount coconut oil

PREP TIME: 3 min, COOKING TIME: 4 min, SERVINGS: 1

HOW TO MAKE:

-In a mixing bowel, add 1 large banana and mash it up with the back of the fork (you can use a blender to make it completely smooth but I love finding little lumps of banana in the pancakes)

-Crack an egg into your mashed banana and mix together to create a wet mixture

-Then add a scoop of Vanilla protein powder, I use Arbonne protein powder because it’s vegan and completely plant-based, plus it includes a heap load of added vitamins and nutrients, you can buy here (Also comes in chocolate flavour which also makes delicious pancakes)

-Throw in a handful of blueberries (I use frozen blueberries) and mix together

-In a large frying pan, add a little dollop of coconut oil over a medium heat. Pour mixture in 3 separate heaps (You might need to do one at a time if your pan isn’t big enough)

-The mixture should make 3 pancakes. Cook on 1 side for around a minute or so, and then with a spatula flip over to cook the other side (be careful not to have the heat too high as they will burn)
