HEALTHY BOOST SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

Handful of Spinach
Handful of chopped cucumber
Handful of blueberries
Handful of Strawberries
2 tbsp of Greek yogurt
1 tsp Spirulina powder
Splash of water

PREP TIME: 5 min, COOKING TIME: 0 min, SERVINGS: 1

-Roughly chop a cucumber and add to a blender with spinach, blueberries and strawberries

-Add spirulina powder, and greek yogurt and blitz all together until smooth

-Add a splash of water if the consistency is too thick (Option: I like to add some ice cubes if you like smoothies really cold)

Full of goodness and so satisfying. Add some flavourless protein to keep you fuller for longer. I use Arbonne products as they are plant based, gluten,dairy and soy free – packed of goodness!
